
With the theme "Stick Up Together - together prosperity", this year's annual international event series continues to affirm VinFuture's mission in connecting knowledge, arousing the desire to serve and elevating Vietnam's position as a center for science and innovation in the world.
The week includes 7 main activities: In spiring around theory; Scientific Seminar for Life; VinFuture Future discovery Dialogue Series; Scientific touchpoint Exhibition - The Touch of Science; VinFuture Award Ceremony; Exchange with VinFuture 2025 Award winners and VinUni - Leadership Forum: University Education Innovation Conference.
The highlight is the VinFuture Awards Ceremony 2025, taking place on the evening of December 5, 2025 at Ho Guom Theater (Hanoi). This is an event to honor outstanding scientific works that have a positive and sustainable impact on millions, even billions of people around the world.
This year, the Award will be awarded to works that bring the value of "S accompanying each other - prospering together" to humanity, in accordance with the set theme, affirming VinFuture's mission in honoring intelligence, spreading humanity and serving life.
The remaining activities revolve around the Award Ceremony - starting with the program "In spiring Speech: Breakthrough Technology for the Future" on December 2, 2025. This is where leading scientists and experts share their vision of technology trends that can shape the world in the coming decades with visual technology presentations and performances.
Following that is the "Science for Life" seminar series taking place consecutively on December 2-4, 2025, including 5 in-depth discussion sessions with urgent topics of the era: "AI for Humanity - ethics and AI safety in the new era"; "Improvement in disease detection and treatment"; "Innovation in agriculture and food"; "Robot and Smart automation"; and "Science and innovation for a sustainable future" with the participation of leading experts in the world.
In particular, the symbol of the AI and Internet era is Prof. Geoffrey Hinton and Prof. Yoshua Bengio (VinFuture Main Prize 2024) and Dr. Vinton Cerf (VinFuture Main Prize 2022) will also send a profound message about the role of science in the journey to serve humanity.

Next is the VinFuture Future Development Dialogue event series with an expanded scale to 10 institutes and universities nationwide, bringing opportunities to meet, dialogue and directly inspire tens of thousands of students, lecturers and researchers nationwide.
Right after the Award Ceremony is the event "Welcome to the Future: Exchange with the VinFuture Prize winners 2025", taking place all day on December 6 at VinUni University. The award winners will spend the morning sharing knowledge, experience and inspiring stories in their research journey with the Vietnamese scientific community and the public; In the afternoon, they will present in depth in each field to young scientists and businesses interested in applying research results to practice.
Also on December 6, VinUni will organize the event "VinUni - Leadership Forum: University Education Innovation Conference", gathering domestic and foreign educational leaders to discuss the future of teaching and learning as well as the pioneering role of Vietnamese universities in the renovation era.
In addition to academic scientific activities, a notable highlight is the Exhibition "The Foliage V - The Touch of Science", marking the first collaboration between two non-profit organizations, the VinFuture Foundation and the Vincom Contemporary Arts Center (VCCA).
The exhibition aims to honor advanced inventions, materials and scientific achievements in parallel with the history of sustainable development of humanity through artistic works invested and scale-based by typical Vietnamese artists. Taking place from December 2, 2025 to February 28, 2026, the exhibition opens a journey to connect the public with science through artistic touch points and rich multi-sensory experiences.
The VinFuture Prize and the VinFuture Science and Technology Week are not only a bridge to spread Vietnamese science and technology to the world but also become a symbol of the spirit of openness and affirmation of global scientific cooperation - where Vietnam is not only a destination for knowledge, but also a source of inspiration for the journey to serve humanity.
As of 2025, with 5 seasons, VinFuture has awarded a total of 20 prizes to 20 works by 48 scientists from 5 continents around the world. The winning projects all have made great contributions to the development of humanity. In particular, many scientists who have been awarded the VinFuture Prize have continued to be honored with many other prestigious awards such as the Nobel Prize, the Queen Queen Elizabeth Prize for Technology, the Breakthrough Prize, etc.
