CIO Summit 2024 is a strategic event and platform designed exclusively for Vietnam's leading IT leaders. With the theme "Future-FIT IT Strategy", this year's summit will focus on breakthrough strategies, empowering businesses to prepare for the future in a rapidly changing technology landscape.

A survey conducted on 12,000 global CIOs, recently published at the end of September, by global technology consulting firm Gartner (USA), emphasized the very important role of CIOs in the AI era.

Whereas in the past, CIOs focused on managing IT infrastructure, they now have to lead the integration of AI technology, requiring new skills and strategic thinking.

Gartner points out 5 major challenges for CIOs in the period of 2024-2025 including: How to build a suitable strategy with AI; How to create a practical and effective data analysis strategy; Challenges from new security threats; Proving business value from investments in technology and the problem of designing and organizing IT human resources in the new period.

Understanding these challenges, CIO Summit 2024 will focus on building an IT strategy to prepare businesses to face the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation.

Here, experts will have many discussion sessions with topics such as: From digital transformation to AI transformation: Navigating the next wave; The role of CIO in the new era of AI transformation; CIO priorities and Technology trends in 2025: Navigating the future landscape; Transforming businesses with GenAI & LLM…

Also within the framework of the event, the organizers will honor pioneering innovative technology leaders who have made breakthrough contributions in applying technology and promoting sustainable business development, through the CIO Awards 2024.

Founded in 2010, CIO Vietnam is the leading community for IT leaders in Vietnam with over 10,000 members. They have contributed greatly to promoting innovation and collaboration between technology and business, creating a foundation for breakthroughs in the field of information technology.
