Mango is a fruit loved by many people. In addition to eating it directly, mango is an ingredient used in many dishes. Here's how to prepare some vegan desserts from mangoes.
Mango coconut chia seed pudding
Ingredient
- 250ml coconut milk
- A little chia seeds (depending on need)
- 125ml mango sauce
- 5ml maple syrup
- A sliced fresh mango to cover the cake
Making:
- Mix together coconut milk, chia seeds, mango sauce and maple syrup.
- Put the mixture in the refrigerator to cool overnight
- After taking the mixture out of the refrigerator, place fresh mango pieces on top, mix well and enjoy.
Mango ice cream
Ingredient
- 3 mangoes
- 10ml spoon of lemon juice
- 60ml filtered water
- 5ml spoon of honey
Making:
- Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces
- Blend mango, lemon juice, water and honey until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a container and put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- Take the ice cream out of the refrigerator and enjoy.
Mango coconut ice cream
Ingredient
- 500ml coconut milk
- 250ml mango sauce
- 5ml vanilla extract
Making:
- Mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into ice cream maker and stir according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Put the mixture in the freezer for another 2 hours before eating.
Mango sticky rice
Ingredient
- 1 cup of sticky rice
- 250ml coconut milk
- 5 grams of sugar or healthy sweetener (as desired)
- 2 mangoes, sliced
- 1.5 grams of salt
Making:
- Soak sticky rice and cook sticky rice
- Heat coconut milk, sugar and salt in a pan until sugar dissolves.
- Pour coconut mixture over cooked rice and let rise for 20 minutes.
- Serve with sliced mango.
