However, to confirm the effect of drinking warm lemon water before bed in detoxifying the liver, it is necessary to rely on medical research from reputable organizations.

The liver is an important organ in removing toxins from the body through dialysis and metabolism. According to the study, the liver is most active throughout the night when the body rests, helping to eliminate toxic substances accumulated during the day. Therefore, some people believe that drinking warm lemon juice before going to bed can support the liver during this process.

Studies from the World Health Organization also believe that vitamin C plays an important role in protecting the liver from damage caused by free radicals. However, there is currently no scientific research that fully confirms that drinking warm lemon water can directly detoxify the liver.
