Should spinach juice drink when hungry?
Deepalakshmi, a nutritionist at Sree Balaji Hospital, Chunai (India), said that starting the day with spinach juice to enhance immunity can be the key to restoring intestinal health.

Ms. Deepalakshmi added that this water also helps to regulate blood sugar, supports red blood cell production with iron content, enhances energy and endurance.
In the same opinion, Aishwarya, clinical nutrition expert and lecturer at the Sri Ramachandra Education and Research Institute, Chunai (India), said that spinach juice is high in antioxidants such as vitamin C, Beta -Carotene and lutein, helping to promote healthy skin, strong hair and restoration immune system.
