Drinking enough water in the evening is also an important factor. Water helps boost metabolism and transport toxins out of the body through urine and sweat. However, you should not drink too much water right before bed to avoid interrupting sleep.

A glass of warm water or light herbal tea such as artichoke tea, ginger tea, chamomile tea is a good choice, both helping the liver function effectively and supporting relaxation.

In addition, you should completely avoid alcohol and tobacco in the evening. Because these are considered the two biggest "enemies" of the liver. Limiting stress, practicing deep breathing, and meditating lightly before bed also help the liver recover in a relaxed state.
