With a decisive personality, daring to think and dare to do, Mr. Tai has turned his mixed garden into an effective economic model.

Sharing about his entrepreneurial journey, Mr. Duong Tai confided: “In the early years, I encountered many difficulties. I had no experience, so sometimes my business suffered losses, especially during the pandemic. But thanks to training courses and field trips, I gradually learned many good practices and applied them to my model. The most important thing is my will to not give up.”

On an area of ​​10 hectares of land, he has invested in a systematic combination of raising pigs, digging fish ponds, growing fruit trees and developing many other livestock. Not only ensuring a food source for his family, this model also brings in a stable income of about 200 million VND per year.

In addition to being good at business, Mr. Duong Tai is also the Chairman of the Veterans Association of Van Thanh Hamlet.He is always a pioneer in mobilizing members to develop the economy, and at the same time, he established a revolving capital contribution group without interest to help families in difficulty.

Mr. Nguyen Van Truong - Vice Chairman of Tho Son Commune People's Committee - said: "Mr. Duong Tai is a very dynamic person, not only enriching his family but also supporting people in the hamlet.He is the nucleus of solidarity, helping people to effectively implement the policies of the Party and the State".

Not only that, for more than 10 years participating in the Medical Team, Mr. Tai also provided free health care consultation to the people in the hamlet. From seasonal disease prevention to guidance on raising young children. Because of his dedication and devotion to the people, he was trusted and loved by them, and the local government felt secure in entrusting him with the task. He was also a bridge between the government and the people, both propagating policies to the people and conveying people's opinions to the relevant levels when necessary.

Ms. Ta Anh Ngoc, a resident of Hon Me hamlet, said: “Thanks to Mr. Tai, our people have more useful knowledge about health, know how to prevent diseases, and treat common simple diseases, especially in children.
