On August 5, in My Duc ward, Ha Tien city, Kien Giang Provincial Police chaired and coordinated with the government party committee, Ha Tien City Police, My Duc ward and functional units to organize the inauguration ceremony and discussion. assigned the project "House 19/8" to the family of Mr. Tien China and Mr. Hong Van Hoang.

According to Ha Tien City Police, Mr. Tien China and Mr. Hong Van Hoang are currently participating in protecting security and order at the facility, My Duc ward. Because the situation was so difficult in terms of accommodation, Kien Giang Provincial Police supported each family with 70 million VND to build a house.

Attending and chairing the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Van Han - Director of the Provincial Police said that after 1 month of construction, the house has now been completed and handed over to his family for use. Although the amount of support is not much, it has contributed to political and ideological education, promoting the role of strikers, joining forces for the community, the spirit of mutual love, good leaves protecting torn leaves of union members, members, officers and soldiers of Kien Giang Provincial Police.

Colonel Nguyen Van Han also hopes that having a new house will help the two of them gain more confidence and motivation to stabilize their lives; At the same time, strengthen the bond between the Police force and the people in the area. Building a beautiful image of police officers and soldiers who are "brave, humane, and serve the people".

This is also a practical project to establish achievements to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the successful August Revolution, the 79th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Police (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2024) and the 19th anniversary of the Festival. All people protect national security (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2024).

According to Kien Giang Provincial Police, this is a meaningful activity in the 2024 All People Protecting National Security Festival taking place in Ha Tien City. The program's series of activities also include donating 200 health insurance cards, the "Lighting up the Border" project, and donating hundreds of social security gifts to disadvantaged households, students, and reformed youth.
