Then, at around 10:10 p.m. on August 12, in the area of Lam Dinh Truc Street (Phu Thuy Ward, Lam Dong), the Special Task Force of the Professional Affairs Department coordinated with Thanh Hai Border Guard Station to arrest Han Thi To Uyen (born in 1999, residing in Phu Thuy Ward) for illegal possession of drugs.
The seized evidence included 2 plastic bags containing white, snake-shaped crystals (about 5 grams, the subject confessed that they were crystal meth).
