On July 23, Can Tho City Police said that the Youth Union had coordinated with Hoa Luu commune and an eye hospital to organize a medical examination program, provide medicine and give gifts to policy families and poor households in difficult circumstances in Hoa Luu commune.

Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee presented 200 medicine sets, 200 gifts and supported 10 free eye surgeries (each worth 15 million VND) to policy families and people in difficult circumstances. The total cost of the program is more than 200 million VND.
According to information from the Organizing Committee, eye surgeries will be arranged by an eye hospital to transport them to the hospital for surgery, ensuring safety and convenience for people.
Lieutenant Colonel Le Ba Rang - Deputy Head of the Political Affairs Department, Can Tho City Police emphasized that the activities of medical examination, medicine distribution and gift giving to policy families and disadvantaged households in Hoa Luu commune are part of a series of meaningful activities, clearly demonstrating the spirit of "Serving the people" and the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", "Retitude" of the Can Tho City Police force.
