On August 11, Lao Cai Provincial Police said that on August 7 and 8, Bao Nhai Commune Police and Coc Lau Commune Police organized many propaganda, dialogue, and mobilization activities for people to participate in preventing and combating crime, social evils and drugs.
In Bao Nhai commune, on August 7, the Commune Police organized the Forum "Police listen to people's opinions", combined with propaganda to build "Safe commune in terms of security and order, maintaining a drug-free commune" in Nam Tri village.

The forum was attended by leaders, officers, and soldiers of the commune police and 125 households. People were propagated about crime prevention and control, drugs, social evils and regulations on traffic order and safety with the message "Alcohol and beer drinkers - do not drive".
The commune police also guide people to identify methods and tricks of criminals, raise vigilance, proactively manage, educate children and actively detect and denounce violations of the law.
At the Forum, Bao Nhai Commune Police distributed 125 leaflets promoting drug prevention and control to households.

With an open spirit, people in Nam Tri village exchanged many issues related to crime prevention and control, patrols and inspections, ensuring security and order, administrative reform, and the service attitude of police officers and soldiers.
Opinions are received and answered directly. Contents that need coordination to be resolved are recorded and transferred to relevant departments for processing and feedback in the following issues.
In Coc Lau commune, on the morning of August 8, the commune police organized propaganda, dissemination, and legal education on drug prevention and control and mobile propaganda at the market fair.

The Police force provides information on the situation of crime and drug evils; disseminates legal regulations, the harms of drugs and guides people to recognize some new types of drugs, methods and tricks of criminals.
Coc Lau Commune Police have distributed 200 leaflets, directly answered questions and mobilized people not to buy, sell, store, transport, or organize the illegal use of drugs; actively denouncing crimes to functional agencies.
According to Lao Cai Provincial Police, bringing legal propaganda to each residential area, market fair and listening to people's opinions contributes to raising awareness of prevention, and at the same time helps the Police force proactively grasp the situation from the grassroots level.
In the coming time, the Police of communes will continue to promote the movement of all people protecting national security, strengthen propaganda, manage the area, receive feedback from people, contributing to building safe areas in terms of security and order and towards building communes without drugs.
