Mr. Ha Le Ha Ben, a forest ranger in Ia J'Loi commune, Ea Sup district (Dak Lak) is participating in a Party sympathy class. He currently manages and protects about 1,000 hectares of forest bordering Ea H'Leo district (Dak Lak) and Chu Puh district (Gia Lai) - a hot spot for deforestation and encroachment on forest land.
"At the age of 30, I still have a lot of enthusiasm, health and always practice strong political will. If admitted, I will devote myself to protecting the forest, building a strong Party base and supporting poverty reduction" - Mr. Ha Ben shared.
Ea Sup District Party Secretary Bui Hong Quy emphasized that developing Party members, especially ethnic minorities, is an important task. They have worked for a long time, understand the area and are eager to contribute. Developing Party members in border communes not only improves the Party's leadership capacity but also contributes to strengthening grassroots security.
According to the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, in 2024, the work of developing Party members has always been focused on by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, leading and directing. During the year, the entire Provincial Party Committee admitted nearly 3,000 new Party members, exceeding the set plan. Among them, many Party members introduced to the Party Committee for consideration and training for admission are ethnic minorities.
The leader of the Dak Lak Provincial Ethnic Committee - commented that Party members who are ethnic minorities have been playing a role as a bridge to maintain solidarity among local ethnic communities. In recent years, the provincial authorities have always paid attention and implemented many satisfactory policies. Party members who are ethnic minorities have a clear understanding of the customs and practices of their communities. From there, they participate in building and disseminating policies to the people, especially the grassroots cadres.
According to the leader of the Dak Lak Provincial Ethnic Committee, in recent times, many Party members have actively participated in implementing programs and projects to develop ethnic minority communities. They have contributed to improving the quality of life and developing the economy and society in remote areas.
