Speaking at the workshop, Mr. Mua A Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee Generalized the results, difficulties and limitations in building new rural areas in the province.
Mr. Mua A Son also emphasized that in the context of implementing two-level local government, the workshop is a valuable opportunity to evaluate practice and propose strategic solutions with scientific basis, suitable to the characteristics of each locality in the Northwest region.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee hopes that the presentations and opinions will be an important source of documents, helping the Northwestern provinces perfect mechanisms and policies.
