On the morning of September 23, the People's Committee of Dak Lak province held the opening ceremony of the Provincial Innovation and Startup Festival 2024 (Techfest Dak Lak 2024) with the theme "Aspiration to build a rich, civilized, and unique Dak Lak province".
This event is held annually and is a meeting place for the startup community in the province and connects with domestic and foreign investors and partners.
In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of Techfest Dak Lak 2024 Organization - said that in recent times, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee and all levels and sectors have implemented many solutions to encourage and promote the movement of innovative startups and business startups in the province.
Activities to support innovative startups and business startups have created positive effects, contributing to building a Dak Lak startup ecosystem that develops in depth, creating a big mark. In particular, industries related to processing and exporting local agricultural products are strong.
According to Mr. Ha, project groups and start-up businesses in the province are growing in quantity and quality. Some typical start-up projects are growing and gaining a foothold in the domestic market and some countries in the region.
Currently, startups are continuing to research and launch many new product lines with export value to international markets.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee believes that the seeds in the startup incubator and the innovative startup ecosystem of Dak Lak province will continue to promote their role and achieve many desired results.
Thereby, contributing to building a sustainable national innovation and startup ecosystem in accordance with the orientation and goals set by the Government.
Techfest Dak Lak 2024 is organized through a series of events taking place over 2 days (September 23 - 24, 2024) with many activities.
For example, displaying, introducing and promoting projects, startup products, OCOP products, typical rural industrial products, and products serving local tourism.
