On April 13, the Dak Lak Preschool Aerobics Competition for the 2025–2026 school year officially opened at the Provincial Training and Sports Competition Center.
This year's contest attracted nearly 1,300 5-year-old kindergarten children from preschool education institutions in the western region to participate, with dozens of performances selected from school and commune levels.
This is one of the practical activities to concretize the topic "Improving the quality of physical education for children in kindergartens", while promoting the movement to build "Friendly schools, active students".
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Luu Tien Quang emphasized that preschool age is an important stage for physical development.
In the preschool education program, physical development education plays a fundamental role, helping children form physical strength, agility, and flexibility, while supporting intellectual and emotional development," Mr. Quang said.
The Dak Lak Preschool Aerobics Contest at the provincial level in the 2025–2026 school year is organized in 2 phases, with the participation of 1,769 5-year-old preschool children from 102 communes, wards and affiliated units in the province. 115 typical entries were selected through rounds from school to commune level.
In which, phase 1 takes place from April 13 to 14 at the Provincial Training and Sports Competition Center (Buon Ma Thuot ward), for 1,213 children in the western area.
Phase 2 takes place from April 16-17 at the Provincial Labor Culture House (facility 2, Tuy Hoa ward), for 556 children in the Eastern area.
