Nearly 200 border guards experience culture and history in Dak Lak

Dak Lak - 195 new border guards have been visited and studied traditional medicine to review the heroic history of the ethnic communities in the Central Highlands.

On June 27, the Training - Mobile Battalion (Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard) organized for 195 new soldiers to visit and learn about traditional medicine at the Provincial Border Guard and Dak Lak Provincial Museum.

In 2025, the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command was assigned to train 194 new soldiers. Including 75 soldiers of the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard and 119 soldiers of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard.

The program was organized with many exciting and meaningful activities such as: Offering flowers at the Monument of "Uncle Ho with Border Guards", visiting the Provincial Border Guard Traditional room and studying at the Dak Lak Provincial Museum.

Soldier Nguyen Xuan Dinh, from Khanh Hoa province, shared: I enlisted in Khanh Hoa and was trained in Dak Lak. This is an opportunity for me to learn more about the culture, people and revolutionary traditions of this land.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Luong - Political Commissar of the Training - Mobile Battalion said: "The program aims to educate tradition, foster revolutionary ideals, arouse a sense of responsibility and pride in each new soldier. This is also a practical activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2".
