Gia Lai plans to organize the 2025 Cultural Heritage Festival

Gia Lai - The Cultural Heritage Festival aims to raise public awareness and promote national cultural values.

On November 13, to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23, 1945 - November 23, 2025), the Pleiku Museum (Gia Lai province) plans to organize the program "Cultural Heritage Festival 2025".

The program is expected to take place over 3 days (from November 21 to 23, 2025) at the Pleiku Museum (No. 21 Tran Hung Dao, Pleiku Ward).

The event aims to preserve, honor and promote the value of cultural heritage of ethnic minorities in Gia Lai province in particular and the whole country in general.

Many special activities will be held such as: gong performance to celebrate the new rice, Po contest, Jrai folk song of Kep village artisans; Khen performance, flute performance of the H'Mong people of Ya Hoi commune...

In addition, the traditional cuisine area gathers many regional specialties such as rice Lam, grilled chicken, celery (Jrai, Bahnar); red sticky rice, five-color sticky rice (Northern ethnic groups); ocean tuna, Central Highlands specialties and Southwest cuisine.

The festival promises to bring a colorful cultural space, imbued with national identity.

According to the People's Committee of Gia Lai province, after the damage caused by storms and floods, units have proactively developed plans to restore tourism activities, associated with promotion, communication, and restoration of the image of safe, friendly, and attractive Gia Lai tourism.

The relevant departments and branches also adjusted, reduced the scale or temporarily suspended unnecessary festival activities, focusing resources, human resources and funding on overcoming the consequences of the storm.
