Bach Ngoc Commune Police (Vi Xuyen District) has just organized an ethnic minority language proficiency test to prepare for admission to People's Public Security schools.
The form of testing the ability to speak and hear ethnic languages for candidates who register for preliminary admission to the Ministry of Public Security's Cultural School in 2025.
The contestants are Mong and Dao ethnic people, living in the commune and have qualified for the preliminary round of application.
The test session focused on assessing the ability to listen - understand - reflect and master the language through direct interviews and asked situations. Through the test to select candidates who meet standards and criteria, and are capable of using ethnic languages to work in remote areas.
Thereby, helping the preliminary selection council have more basis for objective and fair assessment in the work of selecting cadres for the police force in the future.
