On July 23, the Military Command of B'Lao Ward (Lam Dong Province) mobilized militia forces to be present in time to support people in overcoming the consequences of storms and winds.

Earlier, at noon of the same day, heavy rain accompanied by strong gusts of wind caused the wooden house with corrugated iron roof and brick walls of Mr. Pham Thanh Phuong's family (48 years old, residing in residential group 4, B'Lao ward) to collapse completely.
