Looking back on the nearly 27-year journey of the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and the 12 years of the establishment of the "For beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa" Club, the former Vice President expressed his gratitude for the persistent, self-conscious and persistent support of philanthropists.
