
Hospital 199 in collaboration with the Thien Y volunteer group organized a gift-giving, medical examination and medicine distribution, and health consultation for Co Tu ethnic people who are policy beneficiaries and families in difficult circumstances on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1945 - July 27, 2025).

At the program, more than 300 people who are Co Tu people in T'Gey and A Pat villages were directly examined by doctors and nurses for internal medicine, surgery, dermatology, blood pressure measurement, free medicine distribution, health education and communication on common diseases, instructions on how to protect health, nutritional regimens, etc.


Vice Chairman of A Vuong Commune People's Committee Luu Van Khuong informed: A Vuong Commune (new) has a natural area of 225.3km2, population of 5,463 people, established on the basis of 2 communes, A Vuong, Bhale. In recent times, the locality has had many practical policies and solutions to help people rise up to develop the economy, however, the lives of the people still face many difficulties. In the locality, there are also many charity groups coming to share difficulties with the people, but the group combines to examine health and give gifts like Hospital 199 - Ministry of Public Security and Thien Y volunteer group is the first time".
In addition to medical examination and health consultation activities, the working group presented 100 gifts to children (including new warm clothes, backpacks, milk and other necessities); 100 gifts to people with revolutionary contributions, single relatives, and disadvantaged families.
