On November 17, the delegation attending the program "Exchange of typical examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the Northern region in 2025" returned to Hung Yen to offer incense and learn more about places associated with revolutionary traditions.
The delegation was led by Mr. Doan Van Bau - Director of the Department of Political Theory (Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee). Also attending were leaders of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, cadres, advanced models of the northern provinces, and representatives of local governments where the delegation visited.
In the morning, the delegation offered incense at the church of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan, mother of President Ho Chi Minh in Viet Tien commune; offered incense at the memorial site of General Nguyen Van Linh and the memorial site of Lieutenant General Nguyen Binh in Nguyen Van Linh commune; visited the Nom pagoda in Dai Dong commune. The destinations are all important milestones in the historical and cultural journey of Hung Yen province.

According to the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, Hung Yen is one of the places with many memories associated with President Ho Chi Minh, with 14 times Uncle Ho visited. In particular, in 1946, when Hung Yen had a broken dike and lost its crop, President Ho Chi Minh directly visited, encouraged the people and gave many precious instructions.
In addition to the visits, the person also paid special attention to Hung Yen through many letters of commendation, decrees and awards. The province has recorded that President Ho Chi Minh has signed 20 awards for collectives, commended 41 excellent teachers, 197 excellent students, and awarded the Ho Chi Minh Medal to 134 outstanding individuals.
