Examination and free medicine for people in border areas in Quang Tri

Quang Tri - Lang Mo Border Guard coordinated with Quang Binh Friendship Hospital to organize health check-ups and consultations for people in border areas.

On October 27, the Lang Mo Border Guard (Quang Tri Border Guard) said that the unit had just coordinated with the People's Committee of Truong Son Commune and Quang Binh Friendship Hospital to organize a health examination, consultation program, free medicine distribution and gift giving to people in Da Chat village and Ben Duong village, Truong Son commune (Quang Tri province).

The program has conducted general examinations, consultations on diseases, and provided free medicine, helping people to detect and treat common diseases early and raise awareness of health care.

In addition to professional activities, the working group also presented 20 gifts to households in difficult circumstances, 60 gifts to children in mountainous areas, and medicine worth more than 30 million VND.

According to the Lang Mo Border Guard, this is a practical activity, with profound humanitarian meaning, contributing to taking care of people's health, strengthening the relationship of solidarity between the army and the people and spreading the spirit of community.
