In the border communes of Truong Son, Kim Ngan, Huong Lap, and Lao Bao, local authorities have actively visited, encouraged, and given gifts to policy families, poor households, and ethnic minorities; effectively implemented social security policies, contributing to stabilizing life and socio-economic development in the border region.

Standing Vice Chairman of Hoang Nam Provincial People's Committee requested localities to continue to effectively implement national target programs, take care of people's lives, ensure border security, and fully review poor and near-poor households to promptly support and ensure that all people have a joyful Spring and celebrate Tet in the spirit of "not leaving anyone behind".
For the Border Guard force, he requested to continue to improve combat readiness, proactively respond to non-traditional security challenges; closely coordinate with relevant forces, maintain stability in the area, and prevent hotspots from arising, especially during the Lunar New Year.
On the same day, the working delegation offered incense in gratitude at the Memorial Stele for martyrs who sacrificed in the task of planting the Vietnam - Laos border marker in Huong Phung commune and the Memorial Temple for martyrs of Team 337 under Economic - National Defense Team 337 (Military Region 4).
