At the conference, the Hoa Binh Ward Party Committee presented the first batch of 10 computers and printers to 10/30 residential group Party cells in the area. The remaining 20 Party cells will be equipped and installed in 2025, ensuring that 100% of residential group cells are fully equipped with digital technology equipment.

The representative of the Ward Party Committee emphasized that the model of "Supporting computers and printers for residential groups to promote community digital transformation activities" is a practical activity to bring digital knowledge to each person, helping each person access technology, becoming "digital citizens" in the new era. The Ward Party Committee also requested Party Cell Secretaries to direct and develop plans to access digital technology, apply software being deployed such as "Electronic Party Members' Handbook", "Digital Front", "Digital Citizen",..., develop internal regulations for management and effective use of equipment in residential groups, etc. At the same time, develop a plan and implementation plan, disseminate it synchronously and effectively to cadres, party members and people in the area.

The Party Committee will continue to open training courses to update specific applications for party cell secretaries and party members, especially young party members in each party cell to continue to guide the use of computers in Party cells and residential groups (expected to be held weekly). Along with that, assign ward officials and youth union members with good technology to residential groups to directly support, aiming for each residential group to become a community technology point, guiding people to register for administrative procedures through the Public Administration Service Portal.
On the same day, Hoa Binh ward held a ceremony to award Party badges to 20 Party members in the area who were awarded the Badges of 65 years, 60 years, 45 years, 40 years, 30 years of the Party on November 7, 2025.
