The petitioner is Luong Xuan Hai (born in 2008), residing in Pieng Hom village, Nam Can commune, Nghe An province.
Although it was not yet time to register for military service, the obligation to participate in the People's Police in 2027, Hai actively wrote a letter, expressing his wish to participate in the People's Police force.
In the petition, the young man expressed his desire to study, train and grow up in the People's Police environment, and at the same time contribute his youth to the task of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety.
