The handwritten petitions, the rustic but determined features of the young people are clear evidence of the patriotism, the will to contribute and the sense of responsibility for the Fatherland of today's generation of young people.
Since the work of reviewing and grasping citizens of military service age began, many localities have recorded impressive numbers. In Ha Nam commune, although it was not yet the scheduled preliminary examination time, 12 young men had proactively written volunteer applications to join the army. In particular, there are 2 special cases where children are not old enough according to regulations but still enthusiastically express their desire to contribute when they are qualified.
In Kim Thanh commune, the image of twin brothers Nguyen Duc Binh and Nguyen Van Thanh (born in 2007, Kim Dinh village) writing a volunteer application to join the army has become a beautiful story in real life. Although they are not old enough, the two children still do not hesitate to express their desire to wear the military uniform blue - a simple but noble thing for young people with the ideal of serving the Fatherland.
That exciting atmosphere continues to be pushed up in Thanh Ha commune, where 25 young volunteers have registered to join the army in 2026. Among them, the case of Nguyen Tuan Anh (born in 2008) is a testament to the desire to contribute without waiting until "right age". Truong Viet Tien - a student at FPT University has temporarily reserved his academic results to fulfill his duty to the country. Those examples are the pride not only of Thanh Ha but also of the whole city of Hai Phong.
Nhi Chieu Ward also recorded 24 young people voluntarily writing petitions with simple but emotional words. Each petition is a promise of honor, a confident choice of youth in their journey to maturity and dedication. Support from the family has also become a great motivation, adding confidence for young people to boldly continue writing their dreams under the military school roof.
In Thanh Mien commune, 18 young men wrote a volunteer application for military service with a spirit of determination and determination not to fear difficulties and hardships. They are willing to put aside their daily lives to fulfill their sacred duty, joining hands to firmly protect the independence and peace of the nation.
