According to the submission of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, the subjects receiving the Ca Mau Medal are provincial departments, branches and sectors; armed forces; Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of the province and socio-political organizations and equivalents; mass organizations assigned by the Party and State at the provincial level; agencies, units under ministries, departments, branches and socio-political organizations at the central level, enterprises under state-owned corporations and economic groups located in the province; state-owned enterprises under the province; People's Committees at the commune level and individuals with achievements contributing to the process of building, protecting and developing Ca Mau province.
Commemorating the Ca Mau Medal awarded to individuals who have complied with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, and have made positive contributions to the process of building, protecting and developing Ca Mau province: Party and State leaders; leaders of ministries, departments, branches, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations at the central level; Individuals who have lived, worked, and practiced revolutionary activities in Ca Mau; Individuals who have held positions and worked and worked in Ca Mau province for a period of time; Individuals in Ca Mau province who are sent by competent authorities to participate in cultural, sports, tourism, education and training, science and technology or other fields with high achievements and are awarded the Third Class Labor Medal or higher; Individuals who are overseas Vietnamese or foreigners...
Individuals awarded Commemorative Medals are awarded Certificates, frames, Commemorative Medals, Commemorative Medal containers and accompanied by a bonus of 0.6 times the basic salary.
