Currently, the center is nurturing and treating 72 disabled soldiers, seriously ill soldiers of special rank, disabled from 81% or more and 34 pensioners, disabled civil servants, and relatives of meritorious people.
Mr. Dao Xuan Hoi is a 1/4 wounded soldier, shared: "Today, in the atmosphere of the country's reunification day, I feel very honored and proud to see the 30.4 parade, mingle and the historic moment through the screen at the center. I used to participate in the fight in Quang Nam - Da Nang, was injured in 1974, then went back to this center. Pity ".

To ease the pain of war for war invalids at Kim Bang War Invalids Nursing Center, it is necessary to mention the doctors who take on all the roles of care from meals to sleep.
Having been attached to Kim Bang War Invalids Nursing Center for nearly 35 years, Dr. Chu Trung Dung - Deputy Director of the center shared: "The war has passed for decades, but the war invalids and soldiers here still have to fight against disease and the sequelae of bombs and bullets every day. The memories sometimes come back, making them crazy, some scream, scream like they are fighting, then sit still...".
To do that, the team of doctors, nurses, and midwives here, in addition to their responsibility, also have respect, patience, and gratitude to partly soothe the wounds that the war left on the bodies of soldiers from the past.
