On September 15, the People's Committee of Tan Hung Ward held a conference to deploy the 90-day Campaign to enrich and clean up the national land database. The Steering Committee and the Campaign Working Group were established, responsible for directing, urging and supervising departments, offices and residential groups to collect, digitize and enter documents on land use right certificates, houses, and citizen identification cards of owners.
The ward police coordinate to compare information with the national population database, promptly detect and handle errors and overlaps, ensuring synchronous and accurate data.
The conference disseminated the working process, assigned specific tasks, emphasized the criteria of "correct - enough - clean - living - unified - shared" in data processing, and at the same time requested departments to deploy propaganda work, mobilizing people to coordinate in providing complete information and documents.

Tan Hung Ward aims to complete the entire campaign within 10 days, from September 15 to 25, creating an accurate land data platform to serve local socio-economic management and development.
On the same day, the People's Committee of Nhi Chieu Ward also launched a 9-day campaign to "enrich and clean" the land database. The Ward Steering Committee was established, headed by the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, directing departments, units and Residential Groups to carry out tasks according to Plan No. 515 of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
The conference focused on guiding the steps of information collection, digitalization and data synchronization, ensuring consistency, accuracy and connection with the national database. Propaganda work has been promoted to raise awareness of people and businesses, coordinate to provide complete and timely information.
Nhi Chieu Ward strives to complete the campaign within 10 days, creating conditions for synchronous implementation, improving the quality of state management of land, serving the work of reforming administrative procedures and developing e-Government.
Implementing the direction of Plan 515/KH-BCA-BNN&MT, Hai Phong City People's Committee established a Steering Committee 3695 to deploy a 9-day campaign to enrich and clean up the national land database. Departments and branches coordinate to guide, collect, digitize data, ensure accuracy, synchronization and connection with national databases.
In the first 8 months of 2025, Hai Phong received more than 91,000 land records, returning the results of more than 68,500 records. The whole city has digitized 730,000 plots of land with spatial data, 643,500 plots with belonging data, a total of 2,502,400 file files, connected to the electronic "one-stop" system and Tax management, serving administrative procedures effectively.
