Dak Lak - Le Loi Primary School was commended by the Director of the Provincial Department of Education and Training for its creativity in digital transformation.

On July 22, Director of the Dak Lak Department of Education and Training - Dr. Le Thi Thanh Xuan visited and worked at schools in border areas.

Here, Ms. Xuan acknowledged and praised the digital transformation initiative of Le Loi Primary School (Ea Sup commune), considering this an encouraging bright spot for the whole industry.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tai - Principal of the school said that from the 2023-2024 school year, the school has synchronously deployed a QR code system in management, teaching and communication.

Parents, teachers and students just need to scan the QR code to quickly access information such as teaching plans, announcements, timetables, lists of highlights, surveys, and even the school's education quality assessment records.

QR codes are arranged in many locations such as school gates, notice boards, classrooms, libraries and are also integrated on documents such as invitations and propaganda leaflets.

This makes information lookup easier, reduces the use of paperwork, saves time and supports teachers to include content in online lectures.

Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan commented: "In the context of limited technology infrastructure, the school's proactive application of QR codes shows the spirit of innovation, creativity and is a model that needs to be replicated throughout the province".

However, Mr. Nguyen Van Tai also frankly said that, besides positive results, some parents are still confused when using technology. The local Internet infrastructure is still weak, causing difficulties in operation.

Therefore, in the coming time, the school will continue to increase digital skills training for teachers, parents and students. At the same time, the unit will expand the application of QR codes to digital libraries, student assessments and extracurricular activities.
