The Ta Lang - Gian Bi Community Cultural Tourism Center was built in an area with a large concentration of Co Tu ethnic people in Da Nang City. Therefore, this project not only helps 240 Co Tu ethnic households have a place to live but also contributes to preserving, promoting and spreading traditional cultural values, creating conditions for local people to develop tourism and improve their lives.
Ta Lang - Gian Bi Community Cultural Tourism Center was built in Ta Lang - Gian Bi Resettlement Area. The project has a 2-storey structure with a total area of over 3,000m2 including the main building, the administration building combined with a public toilet area with a watering system, trees and auxiliary works. Ta Lang - Gian Bi Community Cultural Tourism Center was built with a total cost of nearly 9.5 billion VND.

The highlight of Ta Lang - Gian Bi Community Cultural Tourism Center is the public space. This is where cultural exchange activities take place, serving the daily life of residents and tourists. This area combines architectural elements, construction landscape, and green landscape with high connectivity in space and time.
The project is expected to be completed on April 30, 2025.
