In the middle of Da Nang coastal city, the specialty of pork rolls is very popular, attracting diners from all over the world.

When mentioning Da Nang cuisine, many people often think of Quang noodles, shredded fish sauce noodles or fresh seafood. However, there is one dish that has become a typical brand of the Han River city - pork rolls.

There are many places selling pork rolls - from popular restaurants in Con market to famous restaurants, but among those addresses, Donald Trung restaurant is the address chosen by many domestic and international diners.

According to the restaurant representative, pork rolls are famous for their sophistication in the way they combine ingredients. A piece of chewy, thin rice paper, sliced with fragrant boiled pork or pork, wrapped with fresh green raw vegetables and dipped in rich fish sauce - all create a flavor that is both rustic and unforgettable.

The special thing is that pork is processed to have softness, natural sweetness, fat and a balanced lean layer so it is not difficult to eat. With the rotated pork cake version, each piece is crispy, the skin is golden brown, not hardened at all.

Served with pork rolls is a typical dipping sauce - the soul of the dish. Diners can choose two types of dipping sauces to their liking: sweet and sour fish sauce to eat with the roasted meat, creating a harmonious feeling; and pure anchovies-time fish fish sauce to serve with boiled meat, with a salty, fragrant flavor of the Central region.

When enjoying the dish at the restaurant, visitors will serve vegetables at the free buffet stall. More than 20 types of raw vegetables and herbs are decorated freshly every day, from lettuce, basil, perilla to star fruit, spinach, etc., for customers to freely choose according to their taste.

Nguyen Ha, a Chinese international student, shared: The spring rolls here have a very unique flavor: soft meat, rich dipping sauce, fresh buffets. Last time I came to Da Nang, I tried it and was impressed. When I went to China to study, I really missed this dish but could not find the right taste, so when I returned, I had to stop by the restaurant to eat it again to satisfy my memories.

Meanwhile, Mr. Hoang Duc Minh (Thai Nguyen) commented: "A portion of boiled pork rolls here costs 80,000 VND but is very full, with lots of meat and vegetables. After eating, I not only feel full but also satisfied because the quality is worth the money spent.

Diners coming to Da Nang can also enjoy pork rolls at many other reputable addresses such as Dai Loc, My Quang Que Xua, Quan Mau, Phu Cuong, Madame Lan...

menu also has popular traditional dishes such as roasted pork steak, bun mas, Quang noodles, nam cake, banh da da... Prices range from 45,000 - 110,000 VND/portion.
