Ms. Thuy, 46 years old, Ms. Oanh’s daughter, said: “Since 2012, the dish of banh mi with seard beef was initially just a family dish. After inviting relatives and neighbors to try it and receiving positive feedback, the family decided to open a business.”
Mr. Luan Van Dung (Hoang Mai, Hanoi), a customer who came to try the rare beef banh mi dish, shared: “I found the banh mi with seared beef at the restaurant really delicious. The toasted bread is crispy and the seared beef is soft, covered with a rich sauce and fatty runny eggs.”
