Ms. Tran Tuyet Mai (Dong Da, Hanoi) - owner of fish noodle shop, said that the broth of fish noodle soup at her restaurant tends to be sweet and sour. In addition to vermicelli and fish as the main ingredients, each bowl of fish vermicelli will also add crispy fried tofu and other herbs. The price of a normal bowl of fish noodle soup at the restaurant is 35,000 VND/bowl.

“When students go to school and people go to work, my restaurant sells about 250 - 300 bowls every day. I often use tilapia to cook fish noodles. Because the restaurant has many diverse dishes that require fish, on average every day I have to prepare about 12 - 15kg of tilapia" - Ms. Tuyet Mai shared.

In addition to the popular fish noodle dish , the restaurant also serves a variety of dishes such as Thai seafood noodle soup, mixed fish noodle soup... The restaurant is open from morning to 9:30 p.m. every day. Although located deep in an alley, the restaurant space is extremely spacious and airy with two floors to serve diners.

The owner also said that he has been cooking fish noodle soup for 10 years. The shop's old facility in Ta Quang Buu (Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi) has been in operation for 8 years, while the new facility in Dong Da has just opened for 2 years.

Ms. Dao Thi Viet Ha (Thanh Tri, Hanoi), who visited the restaurant for the first time to enjoy fish noodle soup, shared: "The fish noodle soup here is very filling, the broth is sweet, the noodles are cut a bit small but still soft and chewy." . One minus point is that when eating the fish, it will be a bit soft because it has been left in the broth for a long time. However, fish noodle soup still suits my taste and next time I will introduce my friends to the restaurant."

Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao (Dong Da, Hanoi) - another customer, was introduced by friends to Ms. Tuyet's Fish Noodles restaurant. The first impression is that the shop looks very clean and the owner is welcoming to customers.

“I really like eating fish noodle soup , so when my friend introduced me to Ms. Tuyet's fish noodle shop, I immediately went to try it. In my personal opinion, the fish noodle soup here is quite delicious, and the accompanying vegetables are also clean and fresh. However, the fish must be eaten quickly to taste crispy because if left in the broth for a long time, it will become soft. Next time I come to the restaurant I will try other dishes" - Ms. Phuong Thao said.
