Located on Hai Ba Trung street (Hanoi), Hieu Luc - Hung Yen tilapia soup restaurant has been somewhat quieter in recent days compared to the peak period before. Recorded at about 8:30 am, the number of customers coming to the restaurant was not too large, many tables were still empty.
Previously, although the area was not large, the restaurant was often fully booked in the morning and lunchtime, and the area in front of the door was always packed with cars. Especially, after being honored by the Michelin Guide, the number of diners coming to the restaurant increased sharply, and at many times customers had to wait to have seats.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyen - the owner of the restaurant from Hung Yen said that recently, due to the high heat, the number of customers coming to eat has not been as crowded as before. Therefore, customers coming to eat at the restaurant are also served faster and more thoughtfully.
Ms. Tuyen shared that being on the Michelin nomination list for 2025 has helped the restaurant attract a new group of customers eagerly looking to enjoy it. Many of them return and become regular customers of the restaurant.

On hot days in Hanoi above 40 degrees Celsius, it's embarrassing to go out to do anything. Therefore, the restaurant is quieter than before, which is also the common situation of many restaurants in Hanoi," Ms. Tuyen recounted.
However, Ms. Tuyen said that the number of customers at the restaurant is still quite stable. Mornings and noon continue to be the busiest times of the day. In addition to on-site service, the restaurant also receives many on-site delivery orders for convenience for customers far away.

The dishes at the restaurant range from 45,000 - 60,000 VND/bowl, serving vermicelli, banh da and combo fish brought home depending on the customer's needs. In addition to basic meals, the restaurant's menu also provides full bowls and special bowls with lots of fish.
According to Ms. Tuyen, Hung Yen tilapia soup restaurant continues to receive invitations to attend the Michelin Guide 2026 list announcement ceremony in Hanoi on June 4th.

Because the event will be held in Hanoi, I am very excited and looking forward to the results this year. In case the restaurant continues to be on the Michelin Selected list, I hope this will affirm the quality of the restaurant's dishes, attracting domestic and foreign diners to visit," the female restaurant owner shared.
