“My family has a tradition of cooking, so I have learned a little bit. Moreover, I used to learn cooking with Chinese people at a restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City, so I have some cooking experience,” the restaurant owner shared.

The owner said that on average, the restaurant sells 300 - 400 bowls of pho every day, of which the most popular is still beef pho with red wine sauce.

To have a delicious bowl of beef pho with red wine sauce, the most important thing is the beef ingredient, the beef must be really fresh and delicious. The meat used to cook beef pho with red wine sauce is beef brisket. This part of the meat is a mixture of lean meat and tendons, so it has a moderate softness and toughness.

According to the restaurant owner, to cook beef pho with red wine sauce, you need to use more than 8 types of Chinese herbs, including star anise, cinnamon, cardamom... red wine and tomatoes.

Ms. Tran Thu Tra (Cau Giay, Hanoi), a diner, had the opportunity to enjoy beef pho with red wine sauce at a pho restaurant on Chua Lang street, near Lang lake.

“The beef pho with red wine sauce here is quite to my taste. The beef is tender, the noodles are chewy, and the broth is rich in red wine sauce. Next time, I will bring my friends to the restaurant to try many other types of pho here,” said Thu Tra.

Mr. Le Quyet Thang (Dong Da, Hanoi) - another diner, said: "I have eaten pho here several times, the price is reasonable, the pho is also very tasty. Every time I come to the restaurant, I usually order a bowl of beef stew pho or brisket pho. The beef stew pho broth here is very rich."

In addition to beef noodle soup, the restaurant also serves a variety of dishes such as rare beef noodle soup, well-done beef noodle soup, rare flank noodle soup, flank noodle soup, rare rolled noodle soup, rare corn noodle soup, brisket noodle soup... Prices range from 35,000 - 50,000 VND/bowl. Every day, the restaurant uses more than 30kg of beef and more than 60kg of pho noodles.
