Wowsung - a Korean food blogger, recently shared why Vietnamese bread is known as the most delicious sandwich in the world.
In the clip, Wowsung experiences doing all the steps himself to produce a complete piece of mixed bread. According to him, one of the reasons why bread has a delicious taste is because of the extremely elaborate ingredients and preparation method.
"Making a delicious bread is not simple," Wowsung shared.
The fillings of the bread are very rich, including eggs, spring rolls, shumai, fish cakes... Especially, when customers order, the fish cakes are just fried to keep them fresh and hot. In addition, the bread filling also includes raw vegetables such as lettuce, cucumbers or pickled foods to relieve boredom.
One of the most important and indispensable parts of bread is the sauce. According to a Korean male blogger, sauce is the "soul" that helps the bread taste richer and the ingredients are more harmonious.
Wowsung did not hesitate to praise the taste of Vietnamese bread: "Just bite into one and the flavors of salty, fatty, spicy, sour, and sweet blend together, like eating a buffet in your mouth."
Bread is one of the rare dishes that has almost all the flavors, while also ensuring nutrients thanks to meat and green vegetables. With a rich filling, bread can satisfy many different tastes, even the most demanding diners.
In the land of kimchi, it is quite rare to find savory sandwiches, most of which are cakes served with tea or coffee. Therefore, the food blogger expressed his hope that in the future, in Korea there will be more hot Vietnamese bread carts for everyone to enjoy this special flavor.
