The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for July 20th in the Northwest regions.
- Lowest temperature: 23-26 degrees C, Northwest region 20-23 degrees C.
- Highest temperature: 29-32 degrees C, in some places above 32 degrees C; especially the Northwest region 25-28 degrees C.
Cloudy, with moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain. Light wind. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

Visitors should regularly follow weather forecasts and warnings from the meteorological agency before and throughout the journey. If the weather changes badly, it is necessary to proactively adjust the sightseeing itinerary to avoid areas at risk of heavy rain.
Limit participation in outdoor activities such as mountain climbing, trekking, camping, exploring waterfalls or crossing streams and underpasses when there are thunderstorms. In particular, do not move on mountain passes at night or during prolonged heavy rain to ensure safety.
Visitors should prepare full raincoats, umbrellas, warm clothes, anti-slip shoes, along with flashlights and power banks to cope with unfavorable weather conditions. At the same time, they should bring some basic medical supplies and drinking water for use when needed.
When thunderstorms, lightning or strong gusts of wind appear, it is necessary to quickly find a solid shelter, avoid standing under tall trees, near power poles, cliffs or open areas. Do not continue to move by motorbike or participate in outdoor activities until the weather stabilizes again.
In case of prolonged heavy rain, signs of landslides, rising water levels or functional agencies issuing dangerous warnings, tourists need to strictly comply with the instructions of local authorities. Proactively changing schedules or canceling sightseeing trips in high-risk areas will help ensure safety for themselves and their companions.
