Storm No. 15 is expected to reduce its intensity as it approaches the Central mainland.
Due to the influence of the storm, the northwestern sea area of the Central East Sea will have strong winds of level 7; the area near the storm's center will have strong winds of level 8-9, gusts of level2; waves 3.0-5.0m high, the area near the storm's center will have 5.0-4.0m; the sea will be very rough.
