Meanwhile, the Southern region also recorded scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain from 10-30mm, some places exceeding 60mm.
In the Southeast region, especially Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces such as Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An, it is forecasted to have the heaviest rainfall.
