Warning of the risk of local rain with high intensity, exceeding 100mm in 3 hours.
In addition, in the evening and night of June 20, the Northern Delta, Thanh Hoa, Central Highlands and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 20-40mm, some places over 80mm.
People and tourists in localities need to be on guard against the risk of tornadoes, lightning, hail, strong gusts of wind and flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes and flooding in low-lying areas.
