Currently (April 27), in the North there is a cold air mass moving southward. The Northern region has showers and thunderstorms in some places, the common temperature is 30-32 degrees C.
Forecast for the evening and night of April 27, the Northern region and Thanh Hoa will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, common rainfall from 10-30mm, locally over 70mm. In thunderstorms, it is necessary to prevent dangerous phenomena such as tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Around the night of April 28, the cold air mass will affect the Northeast region, then affect the North Central region, some places in the Northwest and Central Central regions.
Temperatures in the North are commonly 20-23 degrees Celsius, mountainous areas in some places below 20 degrees Celsius; North Central region is commonly 21-24 degrees Celsius. The weather turns cool.
From the evening of April 28 to the morning of April 29, in the North, there will be rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain. On the day and night of April 29, the North Central region will have showers.
Localized heavy rain may cause flash floods on small rivers and streams; landslides in mountainous areas and flooding in low-lying areas. Risk of affecting agricultural production, causing trees to fall, damage to houses, traffic works and infrastructure.
