In the remaining areas, the weather is generally sunny during the day, some places are hot; showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night. Notably, the Southeast region will have clear heat on April 19.
According to information from the meteorological agency, around April 23, a weak cold air mass is forecast to affect the Northern region. This cold air mass may cause showers and thunderstorms in the North, with a slight decrease in temperature.

In the Central region, the hot weather tends to decrease, only appearing in a few places. In the next month, cold air waves are expected to gradually weaken in both intensity and frequency.
It is forecasted that from the night of April 19 to April 27, the North is likely to experience prolonged heat and sunshine during the days of April 20-22. From the night of 22 to 25 April, this area will turn to a state of scattered showers and thunderstorms, some places may have heavy rain, mainly in the late afternoon and night.
From Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen, during the days of April 20-22, there will continue to be hot weather, with some places experiencing severe heat.
From the evening of 22 to April 23, the weather will change with scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain.
Other regions across the country continue to have sunny days, some places are hot. In particular, the Southern region from April 20 onwards will enter a period of widespread heat.
Throughout the forecast period, tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind are still likely to occur during thunderstorms.
