Due to the impact of cold air combined with the circulation of storm No. 12 Fengshen, the North East Sea area has strong Northeast winds of level 6, gusting to 7-8, rough seas.
The eastern sea area has winds of level 6-7, near the center of the storm level 8-10, gusts of level 12, very rough seas, waves 2-6m high.
From early morning and October 20, the Northeast wind in the Gulf of Tonkin will gradually increase to level 6, gusting to 7-8, rough seas, waves 2-4m.
From the night of October 19 to 20, the Northeast region will have the lowest temperature of 21-24 degrees Celsius, high mountainous areas below 20 degrees Celsius; average 25-27 degrees Celsius, mountainous areas below 25 degrees Celsius.
