From early morning and on March 6, it will affect the North Central, Northwest and some places in the Central Central region. Inland, the wind will gradually increase to level 2-3, coastal areas level 3-4, and some places will gust to level 6.
From the night of March 5, the North and North Central regions will turn cold, some places will be very cold, mountainous areas and midlands in the Northeast will be very cold, some places will be very cold. From around the night of March 6, the area from Quang Binh to Hue will turn cold.

The lowest temperature in this cold air mass in the North is generally from 12-15 degrees Celsius, in high mountainous areas it is below 8 degrees Celsius. In the North Central region, it is generally 14-17 degrees Celsius, from Quang Binh to Hue, it is generally 16-19 degrees Celsius.
There will be rain and light rain in the Hanoi area, from the night of March 5 the weather will turn cold. The lowest temperature in this cold air mass is generally 13-15 degrees Celsius.
In the North of the Gulf of Tonkin, the Northeast wind will be at level 4-5. From the evening and night of March 5, in the Gulf of Tonkin, the Northeast wind will gradually increase to level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9, rough seas, waves 2.0-3.5m high.
In the North East Sea area (including the sea area of Hoang Sa archipelago), the Northeast wind will be strong at level 6, sometimes at level 7, gusting to level 8-9, gradually increasing to level 7, gusting to level 9, rough seas, waves 3.0-5.0m high. From the night of March 6, the sea area from Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa will have northeast winds gradually increasing to level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough seas; waves 2.0-4.0m high.
Due to the influence of cold air, which was later strengthened, on March 5-6, the Northern and North Central regions will have scattered rain and light rain. The severe cold in the mountainous and midland areas of the Northeast is likely to last until around March 8.
