To serve the parade, Ho Chi Minh City will ban roads from 3am to 12pm on April 30 on many key routes:

Mac Dinh Chi, Hai Ba Trung, Pham Ngoc Thach, Pasteur, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Truong Dinh (from Vo Van Tan to Ly Tu Trong)
Nguyen Du (from Ton Duc Thang to Cach Mang Thang 8)
Nguyen Thi Minh Khai (from Nguyen Binh Khiem to Cach Mang Thang 8)
In addition, routes inside the parade area also limit people and vehicles: Le Duan, Nguyen Van Chiem, Le Quy Don, Huyen Tran Cong Chua, Le Van Huu, Han Thuyen, Alexandre De Rhodes, Paris Commune, Dang Tran Con, Thu Khoa Huan, Nguyen Trung Truc, Dong Khoi...
Note: The limitation applies to both pedestrians and vehicles, except for forces performing security, traffic and event organization tasks. People and tourists need to absolutely comply with regulations and follow the instructions of the authorities.
Recommended travel plan when watching the parade, parade 30.4
Do not use private vehicles: Parking lots are very limited and are all located in blocked areas.
Prioritize using public transport: Tourists should choose metro line 1, bus or walk to reach areas outside the fence.
Respectfully instruct the authorities, do not arbitrarily cross checkpoints to ensure security and safety.

If you cannot directly access the parade area, visitors can watch the ceremony on 21 large LED screens installed at many locations:
