    “Trong ngay thu 2, ca doan phai di chuyen gan 16km. Day la quang duong kha dai danh cho cac ban moi trekking. Tren duong ve ban Si Thau Chai, co 2 ban moi lan dau leo bi tut lai phia sau, phai di chuyen trong troi toi muon va 7h toi moi xuong duoc nui. Luc nay moi nguoi trong doan rat lo mac du co 2 porter di kem”, anh noi. Anh: NVCC
    On the second day, the whole group had to travel nearly 16km. This is a long distance for newcomers.     According to Mr. Duy, trekers who want to conquer Putaleng should prepare basic items such as sticks, handbags, shoes, hats... and especially have to work hard to run, climb stairs, practice endurance exercises to avoid injury or falling down along the road.
