The ticket price to enter the waterfall is 10,000 VND/person. From the entrance gate to the waterfall, visitors will have to walk a distance of about 1km. There is also an electric car rental service from the entrance gate to the waterfall.
Although tourism infrastructure here is limited, this contributes to preserving the beauty of Khe Kem waterfall. In the waterfall area, there is a free bathing area, photo spots for visitors to stand and take pictures of the waterfall from the best location, and spots for renting life jackets and bathing suits.


In addition, the Khe Kem waterfall area (from after entering the gate) does not have food outlets, ensuring cleanliness and not littering to pollute the waterfall.
After bathing in the cool waterfall, visitors can enjoy local specialties nearby.
At the entrance to Khe Kem Waterfall, there are a number of local eateries. The menu includes dishes such as stream fish, wild chicken, grilled meat with salt, five-color sticky rice, croissants, bamboo-tube rice and leaf yeast wine...

According to the Management Board, Vietnamese and foreigners visiting Pu Mat National Park at office area locations are charged 10,000 VND/visit for adults and 5,000 VND/visit for children; Kem waterfall costs 30,000 VND/time, children 10,000 VND/time.
In the primeval forest, the general ticket price for all tourist routes into the areas of Khe Choang, Khe Thoi, Khe Khang... is 50,000 VND/trip.
