Notably, during this trip, her whole family used a motorbike as the main means of transportation.
Although this is not the first time the whole Le family has chosen to go backpacking together, this 2025 trip has the participation of all 3 generations of Le's family, in which she is in her 70s and her 9-year-old grandchild.
She said: "On previous trips, only the women and mothers participated. The first time my family went to Ha Giang was in 2019, 4 motorbikes and 8 adults. The second time, we went to Ha Giang again in June 2022 with the "most large army" of 11 people; then, in July 2022, we set foot in Cao Bang with 5 people".

This trip came from the idea of an uncle in Ms. Le's family. However, almost the day before, the uncle could not participate. However, the family still decided to go.
"In fact, this trip was quite impromptu for the whole family. At first, we planned to drive to Lang Son to play, but then, thinking that the road from Lang Son to Tra Co was convenient, we rearranged the plan 2-3 days in advance," Ms. Le happily re-exchanged.
Before leaving, the steering members did not prepare much, mainly ensuring the vehicle's safety. Not being too clear about the roads, the family backpacker group occasionally had to stop to see the map. Moreover, due to a car breakdown on the road, the group arrived in Tra Co about 1 hour late.

At noon on the first day, Le's family chose to eat at a restaurant along the road. Around 5 pm to arrive, after storing furniture at the motel, the whole family went to the beach to take a cool bath and walk. Clams, picking oysters the next morning is the activity that Le Nhat likes with her children.
She said: "We took our children to the beach to play, pick up clams and clams and take a photo for a while, then the whole family moved to a nearby acquaintance's house. Previously, I had never picked up blood cockles, but this time I picked quite a lot. At noon, when we go to an acquaintance's house, we even boil food (laughs)".
At 2pm, saying goodbye to acquaintances, Ms. Le's family decided to return to Lang Son as originally planned. On the way back, because there were 2 cars lost for 20 km, they returned to Lang Son, it was dark.

Her family was lucky to book a motel right next to Ky Lua night market, making it convenient for evening entertainment activities. The whole family enjoyed the special duck pho and strolled around Ky Lua walking street. On the morning of the 3rd day of the trip, after breakfast, the members also bought banh mi to bring home as gifts.
Ms. Le revealed: "After the trip, all my family members were healthy. My daughter really likes it, even excitedly telling her father stories. My family plans to return to Cao Bang at the end of June to go to Ha Giang via the 14-storey mountain pass and Na Tenh mountain pass. This route has majestic beauty that my family always wanted to go to to admire and explore".
